• Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and cash on delivery (where available).
• Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is successfully placed. This does not guarantee acceptance of your order.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placement. After that, please contact customer support.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We offer shipping services to Ahmednagar and select locations. Please note:

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of products
• We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances
• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information

6. Returns & Refunds

Our return policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction:

• Return Period: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
• Condition: Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached
• Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders, opened paints, and certain sanitaryware items may not be eligible for return
• Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after inspection
• Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective

7. User Account

If you create an account on our Site, you are responsible for:

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for products purchased through our Site.
